2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD currency and include applicable taxes.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as stated on our website.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will assess a resolution.

Products can only be exchanged if they are unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that Blondies Beauty Salon is not wheelchair or pram accessible due to stair access. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. While we do our best to accommodate all guests, we encourage those with specific accessibility needs to reach out in advance so we can assist where possible. Children are welcome in the salon; however, they must be supervised at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
